Returns Policy

What is our Return and Exchange Policy?

In compliance with Australian Law, Elanci Jewellery is not required to provide a full refund or exchange if the customer makes an incorrect selection, requires a different size, or if they simply change their mind.

This covers all initial payment methods.

If the item purchased is genuinely faulty, we will offer repair or replacement where possible. In the even that a replacement is unavailable a store credit will be provided.

Faulty items will be assessed by the supplier on an individual basis and the outcome is at the sole discretion of Studio Elanci.

If a refund is ultimately required, it will be processes back via the original payment method when purchased.

For all exchanges and credits, items must be returned in new, unworn condition and original packaging within 30 days. Any pieces purchased from SALE are final sale.

Proof of purchase must also be provided.
